Figs With Lemon Flavoured Cream

ingredients

serves 4
8 fresh figs
5 oz (150 g) fromage frais or Greek yogurt
grated rind of 1/2 lemon

to decorate:

mint leaves

method

1. Cut the figs into quarters almost to the base, leaving the base intact.

2. Open the quarters out slightly.

3. Fill figs with fromage frais or yogurt mixed with lemon rind, decorate with mint leaves.
