1. Cube the turkey and thread onto skewers.
2. Blend together the peanut butter, spices and milk. Pour over the kebabs and marinade for 2 hours.
3. Grill the kebabs basting with marinade.
4. Place remaining marinade in a pan, bring to the boil and cook stirring for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the fromage frais, reheat without boiling.
5. Serve the kebabs with sauce, endive and wedges of lime.
