ingredients

125 g butter
125 g castor sugar
2 eggs
30 g soft flour + 125 g ground almonds, sieved together

method

1. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Gradually add the beaten eggs.

3. Fold in the flour and almonds, using a metal spoon or a scraper, but do not overmix.
