Thia Sweetcorn Fritters (Pergedel Jagung)

ingredients

250 g drained sweetcorn kernels
50 g chopped onion
2 chopped cloves of garlic
25 g chopped spring onions
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp chilli powder
100 g rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 beaten eggs

method

1. Mix together 250 g drained sweetcorn kernels, 50 g chopped onion, 2 chopped cloves of garlic, 25 g chopped spring onions, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 100 g rice flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 2 beaten eggs to form a dropping consistency.

2. Fry spoonfuls of the mixture in oil until golden brown.
