Glazed Mushrooms (Hung Shiu Doong Gwoo) Chinese

ingredients

serves 10
75 g sliced Chinese mushrooms
50 ml sesame oil

method

Stir-fry 75 g sliced, dried and reconstituted Chinese mushrooms in 50 ml sesame oil; moisten with the soaking liquid from the mushrooms and 2 tbs soy sauce, add a little sugar, cook until the liquid has reduced to a glaze and serve with boiled rice.
