Irish Roasted Chicken
 Whole chicken stuffed with a recipe of oatmeal, onion, butter, chicken stock and white pepper, browned and then placed over lightly-fried bacon pieces in a large casserole. Topped with sauted onions and carrots, then the stock, and oven baked. Served with red potatoes. |
